What is an inverted siphon? I looked at the article but I’m still confused.
In civil engineering, pipelines called inverted siphons are used to carry sewage or stormwater under streams, highway cuts, or other depressions in the ground. In an inverted siphon the liquid completely fills the pipe and flows under pressure, as opposed to the open-channel gravity flow that occurs in most sanitary or storm sewers:https://www.britannica.com/technology/inverted-siphon

This sort of thing (floors hanging from a central core) has been done before, though I don't know if they were built on the ground and hoisted into place back then.
But China has two record in precast construction; (1) building 10-story building in 28 hours and earlier (2) 57-story skyscraper in 10 days, as: https://www.cnn.com/videos/business/2021/06/16/10-story-building-constructed-in-one-day-orig.cnn-business
However top-down technique (much closer to Liftbuild's) was used in 2018, for the construction of a couple of 10-storey L-shaped office buildings in Bangalore, India: https://youtu.be/7kmOfFd5DHA

Saudi Arabia unveils face of ancient Nabataean woman: The reconstruction, which is the first of its kind, is modeled on the remains of Hinat, a Nabataean woman who was discovered in 2015 in a 2,000-year-old tomb in Hegra, an archaeological site located in the ancient oasis city AlUla, northwestern Saudi Arabia. https://www.cnn.com/style/article/saudi-arabia-nabataean-woman-archeological-discovery/index.html

These massive digging toys are on a scale nearly impossible to visualise. Meet the Bagger 293, the biggest bucket wheel excavator, or BWE, on the entire planet. This coal-mining machine is as tall as Big Ben and weighs 14,000 tonnes, yet leaves a trace as light as a human footprint. A dragline excavator, a machine the size of a building and a new generation of climate-friendlier mining-monsters are just some of the remarkable inventions: https://youtu.be/twZlcXuJTp8
